Introducing DaddyfootandCo! Otherwise known as Craig, blogging and InstaDad.
Welcome to the next episode of “Introducing…”! I’m honoured to have one of the big dogs of Instagram as this weeks featured blogger. Craig aka @Daddyfootandco lurks in the world of Insta, dressing as wonderwoman (yes, I said woman), roasting those that are willing and, contrastingly, being really supportive!
Importantly, He’s the founder of Dadscomm which aims to connect dads around the globe and, on top of this, promote discussions about mental health and other sensitive topics. Craig, despite being from across the border (haha), is a lovely guy and has a gorgeous family including a super talented wife who takes beautiful pictures! I’m so glad he agreed to be part of my series!

Hello, my name is Craig aka DaddyfootandCo and Dadscomm.
What is your favourite blog post or vLog and why? (Include links)
What is your favourite part of being a blogger/vlogger?
I just like chatting, connecting with people, giving advice and tips where I can.
If you could give a new blogger/vlogger one piece of advice, what would it be?
Don’t listen to haters, do whatever the fuck you like, there’s no rules you need to follow, forge your own path.
Where is your favourite location/attraction for a family day out and why?
This changes depending on my mood but because we live in Preston, the Lake District is very close and we had some awesome times there last year around hawks head and Windermere.
You get in a lift with a lady pushing a buggy, the baby is newborn and screaming his/her head off, the mum looks frazzled to say the least. What do you say to her?
I wouldn’t say anything, I would hold open the door and be kind and courteous. God knows what she’s been through that day.
Tell us your favourite WTF (what the f**k?) moment in parenting?
So many, when I was a newbie parent with my eldest he was being sick loads and generally unwell, he threw up all over my on my face in my beard so I put him to sleep in my bed with a bottle of milk, he threw up loads again. Lesson learned, do not give dairy to a child who is throwing up.
What would you say to 14 year old you?
It doesn’t matter what the dickheads say or the bully’s. Live your life and also tell more people to do one.
What is one thing most people don’t know about you?
I’m a big fan of musicals,
You can have dinner with any three people, dead or alive, who would you pick and why?
My Nanna and grandad would be my only choices. I’d just like to see them again and enjoy a dinner with them and see them together again.
Thanks so much Craig, for taking part and, above all, all your encouragement and support with my own blog! It means a lot. I didn’t know that Craig was a secret musicals fan however I’m totally going to be tagging him in my stories when I watch a musical in the future!
Craig picked Wolves of Winter by Biffy Clyro as his current favourite song:
